Tiny House Plans
I have worked with various companies and individuals to design and document tiny house plans, using the SketchUp 3D modeling program to bring their ideas to life. My work spans a range of needs—from clients with only a rough concept and inspiration images, to those who provide 2D sketches or plans and want to see them visualized in 3D. Some clients request basic 3D models, while others want detailed, precise plans including framing, layout, plumbing, and electrical systems.
I have also created animated walkthroughs to showcase the entire construction process, as well as realistic renderings with lighting and textures. Throughout the design process, I create multiple iterations to optimize space, materials, and labor. I also like being able to show clients a variety of color, material, and texture options, helping them make informed decisions before beginning their build. I truly enjoy the creative challenge of translating ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
